Based on 40 years in the insurance business, with over 35 in the commercial sector, I will show you exactly how I’ve managed to achieve exceptional growth through new business. There are many books and courses, all proclaiming to ‘teach’ sales, based on the ‘six principals of’ and the ‘top ten techniques’. All from a book. Usually from someone with zero experience working in the insurance industry. I’ve literally lived, breathed, and succeeded year in, year out, in commercial insurance sales. It might not be unique, but my course covers every minute detail of the sales process. And one thing I can absolutely guarantee you, is that you’ll definitely not find what I have to say in any book. I’m honest, to the point, and don’t pull any punches.
Aimed mainly at small brokers looking for growth, to regional brokers looking to improve the performance of their sales team. If your book is based on commercial combined, property, casualty, fleet and PI, mid market SME’s, typically £1m to £50m turnover companies, this is absolutely the course for you.

If you literally are the business, and you strive to give that amazing level of service to all of your clients, even when on holiday, then worry not, I have the perfect solution.
Available to Acturis users only, I will literally be your business for as long as it takes, whilst you soak up the sun, or take to the slopes. Providing either a 9-5 service for just £750 a week, or a full 24/7 service for £1,000 a week. I will deal with all existing business, responding to all emails, uploading documents, dealing with the insurers and remaining fully compliant. Any new business enquiries will be actioned and converted in your absence. Better still, you only pay 50% up front, and if you’re not happy with the service, you don’t pay the balance.

Non Exec to Exec Non Director

The traditional Non Exec Director will oversee a business’s operations at Board level and advise accordingly. Once the changes have been implemented and action plans put into place, the NED will exit the business having done their job.
Where I differ is that I will initially work at Board level, just like a NED, however also take a more hands on role, working with the team from ground up, to actually implement the plan. The whole focus is around growth, stability and scaling up.
Working as an Exec Non Director within the business, helping the team to achieve the desired outcomes of the Board. A fully comprehensive NED to END proposition.
